What counts as an engagement?
For a keyword comment campaign, processing one matching comment for its reply and DM uses one engagement. Your allowance is based on campaign interactions—not your total followers or saved contacts. Trial and monthly limits apply.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram’s APIs support professional accounts. You can connect a Business or Creator account; a personal account needs to switch before you connect.
Do followers have to give their email?
No. Email capture is optional. You can deliver your resource directly, or add a capture step when you want to build your list. Asking for a follow is also optional.
What happens after my free trial?
After 30 days, your workspace moves to Starter unless you choose a paid plan. Starter includes 1,000 engagements per month, one connected account and one live campaign. No card is required to start the trial.
What if my post gets more comments than expected?
ReplyMagnet respects platform sending limits. When your plan allowance is reached, deliveries can wait for capacity. Instagram’s reply windows still apply, so delivery is not unlimited or guaranteed. Check your workspace usage and upgrade if you need more room.
Can I take my leads with me?
Yes. Basic and higher plans include CSV export and full lead history. They also support Mailchimp and Kit sync. Starter lets you view leads from the last 30 days in your workspace.
