A ReplyRush alternative that includes the comment trigger for free

Suppose your caption says, ‘Comment MENU and we’ll send the dinner menu.’ The feature you need is the response to that comment. A general DM allowance doesn't tell you whether the campaign will run.

The paid tiers scale on DM volume and account count in a clear ladder: 7,500 DMs and 20 triggers from $10; 40,000 DMs, three accounts per network, 50 triggers and branding removal from $25; then 400,000 DMs, five per network and 500 triggers from $100.

ReplyRush quotes its plans in US dollars with a rupee equivalent, and we have not verified an annual toggle, so there is no annual rate wearing a monthly label to strip out here. The dollar figures below are the monthly rates.

ReplyMagnet bills one thing: an engagement, meaning a reply or DM actually sent. A person who comments five times is five engagements; five people commenting once is five engagements. There is no overage line.

On volume the two ladders run close. ReplyRush's 400,000 DMs cost $100 a month; ReplyMagnet's 400,000 engagements cost $79. Its 40,000 DMs for $25 sit between ReplyMagnet's $9 for 25,000 engagements and $29 for 100,000. Volume does not decide this comparison; the free plan and lead retention do.

One axis on ReplyRush's plan ladder is unusual enough to call out on its own: how long it keeps your data scales with what you pay. Its published tiers list 30-day retention free, 180 days from $10 and 365 days from $100. The higher the plan, the longer your own collected leads stay available.

ReplyMagnet never deletes your leads on any plan. On the free plan the in-app list shows the last 30 days, and older leads are hidden rather than removed; the full history reappears the moment you upgrade. Every paid plan shows the complete history with no time window, and CSV export is included from $9 a month.

Every comment a launched campaign answers is logged as its own lead, visible immediately. If how long your captured leads stay accessible matters to how you run this, ReplyRush's retention ladder is a real cost to weigh, and one most tools in this category do not charge for separately.

Ask ReplyRush about your specific destination before treating a missing help article as proof that a connection is unavailable.

Write down the actual profiles you manage. ‘Three brands’ could mean three Instagram accounts, or three Instagram accounts plus three Facebook pages. Those are different requirements.

ReplyRush's combined network allowances are the strongest reason to keep it on your shortlist. If you need three accounts on each network under one subscription, ReplyRush may fit better.

For a single creator running one Instagram offer, that additional capacity may have little value. Price the account count you will use this month, rather than the largest number on either pricing page.

Five steps, in this order:

1. Save the original caption, keyword, public reply and DM text. Connect the account to ReplyMagnet and start the free plan; no card is needed.
2. Create a campaign with the same keyword on the same post, upload the current resource or link, and turn on email capture if you want the address.
3. Test from a different Instagram account, since comments from your connected account are ignored. Check that the public reply says where to look, that the DM opens the resource on a phone, and that a test email lands where you will use it.
4. Stop the ReplyRush automation for that post. If both are live, whichever replies first wins the comment and the other looks like a duplicate.
5. Launch, then compare completed deliveries and usable lead records before changing wording or adding steps.

Whatever sits in ReplyRush today, contacts and DM history, stays there; exporting from it is outside what we can speak to, since it is not our product. One thing to time on their side: the free plan keeps data 30 days, so pull anything you want to keep before you switch.

Before a time-sensitive promotion, check your remaining allowance. ReplyMagnet queues requests when quota runs out, but a queued request that outlives Instagram's messaging window expires instead of delivering. A queue is useful protection, not a promise that a menu request will arrive before dinner.
