Choose the allowance and features your campaign needs
The trial previews Pro features with a smaller usage allowance. Keep feature access, monthly volume and connected-account limits separate when choosing a plan.

The trial is not the paid Pro allowance
New workspaces receive 30 days of Pro features without a card, with 1,000 engagements. Paid Pro's 100,000 monthly engagements are a separate allowance.
Use the trial to test the features your campaign needs: the delivery page, capture fields and any connected destination. Monitor usage before promoting a post.
Without a paid subscription, the workspace moves to Starter after the trial. Saved campaigns, assets and lead records remain, while Starter's limits apply.

What one engagement counts
A matched comment's public reply and DM share one engagement. The allowance is checked before the workflow sends, and all campaigns in the workspace share it.
Raw comments and unique lead rows are different measurements. A repeated matching comment can consume another engagement even if the person already exists in Leads.
An over-limit request waits before either message is sent. Don't assume a public reply has already posted while the DM is queued. See the engagement definition for the unit.
Find the feature that determines the plan
Basic adds phone capture, CSV export, link assets and native email sync. Pro adds outbound webhooks and branding removal, with larger account and usage allowances.
Email capture is available free. For Mailchimp or Kit, read email-sync setup. For a custom receiver, read webhooks.
Choose enough capacity for the workspace's combined campaigns, rather than assigning the full allowance to each account.

When usage reaches the allowance
A reset or upgrade can create capacity for pending work. Each request still needs an eligible account, campaign and messaging window before delivery.
Check usage and pending delivery status in Settings. Expired requests cannot be rescued simply by increasing quota later.
If the offer has a deadline, monitor it while it runs. A queue avoids treating every over-limit request as an immediate loss, but it does not guarantee eventual delivery.
Changing or cancelling a subscription
Upgrades update plan access with prorated billing. Cancellation retains paid access through the purchased period before the workspace returns to Starter.
Review the amount and effective change shown in checkout before confirming. Paddle handles checkout, receipts and payment details as merchant of record.
After a plan change, check connected accounts and campaigns that rely on paid features. Saved connections can remain configured while delivery is paused by a lower plan.

Common questions
Does the trial require a card?
No. The trial provides 30 days of Pro features with 1,000 engagements. A paid subscription is a separate choice.
Is the quota separate for each campaign?
No. The workspace's campaigns and connected accounts share the plan allowance.
Does cancellation immediately remove paid access?
Paid access continues through the purchased billing period. Starter limits apply after that period ends.
