Find the contact and understand what was recorded

Search can match username, name, email and phone. If a record appears missing, clear the search and check the tab before assuming it was lost.

A matched campaign request creates or updates the person's record. Later capture and follow activity update the lead rather than creating a row for every action.

Create a campaign to generate a test request, or sign up if you are new to ReplyMagnet.

The status does not verify a post like or establish that the person agreed to unrelated marketing. A campaign with the follow gate off can receive ordinary follows without recording them as verified campaign follows.

1. Choose the relevant tab.
2. Apply or clear the search.
3. Confirm the rows shown.
4. Export the CSV and inspect its headers before importing elsewhere.

Keep contact files in the approved location for your business. An exported list is a copy that needs its own access and retention decisions.

For an ongoing Mailchimp or Kit connection, native sync may remove the repeated export step.

The hidden-record notice is different from an empty database. Check the plan guide if you need historical visibility or CSV access.

After upgrading, review the restored records and filters before exporting. Don't interpret a change in visible rows as a sudden increase in new enquiries.
