Find the stage where a campaign needs attention
A high request count is useful context. To understand the campaign, you also need to know whether the message arrived and what happened afterward.

Compare stages within the same campaign
Matched comments, delivered engagements, verified follows and captured emails represent different stages. Compare the same campaign and reporting context before drawing conclusions.
Start with the selected campaign and inspect the relevant period. Account for your test activity when interpreting the result.
- A matched comment met the trigger.
- A delivered engagement completed the delivery stage.
- A captured email was submitted through the form.
- A verified follow was confirmed through the enabled follow check.
Use the lead list to inspect individual records. If you are new, create a test campaign before trying to interpret aggregate numbers.
Read the keyword buckets as matching methods
Exact keywords have their own rows. Smart matches without an exact keyword appear under Caught by AI, while Any comment campaigns use an Any comment bucket.
The AI bucket isn't a list of identical phrases. It combines requests recognised through intent matching.
Compare requests with delivered results. If a keyword has many matches but few deliveries, inspect delivery errors before deciding the wording is ineffective.

Keep pending work out of completed results
Queued requests are waiting, not delivered. A reset or upgrade can provide capacity, but account status and messaging windows are checked again before sending.
ReplyMagnet's quota guide counts a matched comment's public reply and DM together as one engagement. The quota check occurs before either message is sent.
An expired request remains different from a successful delivery. Don't report every queued item as a future success or assume a public reply has already gone out.
Know what the follow count cannot show
A campaign without the follow gate can receive ordinary follows without recording verified campaign follows. The verified count is not a complete measure of account-wide follower changes.
The check records what Instagram confirms within that flow. It does not establish that the campaign caused a new follow, and it does not measure likes.
For business outcomes such as a booking, sale or confirmed subscription, consult the destination system. A download or captured address is a separate action.
Common questions
Why does Caught by AI appear instead of the comment text?
AI-matched requests did not match one exact configured keyword. The bucket groups the intent-matching contribution rather than listing every phrase separately.
Does a verified follow prove the campaign gained a new follower?
No. It confirms the recorded follow status in the flow. An existing follower can also satisfy the check.
Where should I measure sales?
Use the store or payment system that records purchases. ReplyMagnet campaign activity does not by itself establish a completed sale.
