Reading your analytics
Analytics is a per-campaign funnel: how many comments came in, how many got engaged, how many followed, how many gave an email, plus a keyword breakdown of what's working.

The core numbers
Four numbers anchor every campaign's analytics: comments caught by the trigger, engagements sent (the DMs that count toward your monthly quota; the public reply itself doesn't count), follows won, and emails captured. Pick a campaign from the dropdown to see its own funnel.
The funnel reads top to bottom in the order a real interaction happens: a comment lands and matches the trigger, ReplyMagnet posts a public reply and follows it with a DM (only the DM draws down the workspace's engagement quota, since the public reply is unmetered), some portion of those people follow, and some portion give an email on the way to their download. Each number is scoped to the selected campaign, not the whole workspace: switch campaigns in the dropdown to compare funnels side by side.
Keyword buckets
Below the funnel is a per-keyword table showing how many comments and deliveries each trigger produced. Comments matched by Smart mode's AI layer (no exact keyword) group under "✨ Caught by AI"; comments on an Any-comment campaign group under "Any comment" instead of a raw keyword.
Every exact keyword gets its own row, so you can see which specific word is doing the work: GUIDE outperforming PRICE, for instance. Comments that only matched because Smart mode's AI layer read genuine intent (no keyword in the comment at all) don't scatter across a dozen near-miss phrasings; they roll up into one "✨ Caught by AI" row so you can see AI's overall contribution at a glance. Any-comment campaigns work the same way: every comment they catch rolls into a single "Any comment" row rather than showing up as a literal, unreadable keyword.
Quota and the queue
When a month's engagement quota is used up, new DMs queue instead of being dropped, and they send automatically as soon as quota frees up: commenters are never left half-served.
Hitting your plan's monthly engagement quota doesn't turn campaigns off or silently drop comments. Once the ceiling is reached, new matching comments still get the public reply, and the DM that would normally follow instead queues, waiting for headroom. As soon as quota resets (a new billing period) or frees up (an upgrade raises the ceiling mid-month), queued DMs release automatically, oldest first, with no manual replay needed.
Settings shows how many DMs are currently queued, and Analytics still counts a queued delivery once it actually goes out. A queued DM has a limited window to release (Instagram's own reply window); one that expires past that window is marked expired rather than sent late.
Follows: verified vs clicked
On Instagram, a recorded follow is always API-verified against Instagram's own data, never a self-reported click. That check only runs on campaigns with the follow gate on, so a campaign without the gate never produces a verified follow to count.
The follows number in a campaign's funnel only ever reflects follows Instagram itself confirmed: the same check the follow gate relies on to unlock a delivery. That check runs as part of the gate flow, so it's only ever performed on campaigns where the follow gate is turned on; a campaign with no gate has nothing generating a verified follow, and its follows count stays at zero regardless of how many people actually followed. A high follows number on a gated campaign means real, API-confirmed follows, not clicks on a prompt.
Common questions
Why does a keyword table row say "✨ Caught by AI" instead of the phrase someone actually typed?
Smart-mode AI matches don't share one exact phrase, so grouping them under a raw keyword wouldn't be readable. The bucket shows AI's total contribution instead of listing every unique phrasing separately.
Do queued DMs ever just get dropped instead of sent?
Only if they age past the reply window before quota frees up: that's the one case a queued DM expires instead of sending. Otherwise, every queued DM releases automatically once headroom exists.
Can a follow show as verified without the follow gate being on?
No. The API check that produces a verified follow only runs as part of the follow-gate flow. A campaign without the gate on has no mechanism recording follows, so its follows count stays at zero no matter how many commenters actually follow.
