Prepare the resource your campaign will deliver
Assets live separately from campaigns. One resource can be reused, but replacing it for future requests does not rewrite files already sent.

Add the file or destination
Upload a PDF in Assets, or add an external link on Basic or above. The PDF limit is 25 MB on every plan.
Give the asset a title you can recognise in the campaign selector. Include a version or date when the information changes regularly.
Open the PDF on a phone before attaching it. For a link asset, check access from an account that does not own the destination.
Start a free account if needed, then follow campaign setup. The plan guide lists link assets from $9 monthly.
Understand the delivered link
The DM uses a ReplyMagnet delivery link. Uploaded PDFs are served through that link; external assets open the destination configured for the resource.
Uploaded files are stored privately rather than exposed as ordinary public storage URLs. A delivery link can still be shared by its recipient, so private storage should not be described as preventing every form of redistribution.
Link-opening activity is separate from sending the DM. Use analytics to distinguish those stages.
Replace an asset for future requests
Upload the replacement as a new asset, then edit each relevant campaign to select it. Existing delivery links remain tied to the original asset.
- Upload the corrected file with a clear title.
- Open the campaign in Edit.
- Select the replacement and save.
- Make a new test request and open the delivered file.
If several campaigns use the old resource, review each one. A campaign edit does not retroactively correct a document someone already received.

Common questions
Can several campaigns use one PDF?
Yes. Assets are separate from campaigns, so the same uploaded resource can be selected by more than one campaign.
Will replacing the campaign asset update old links?
No. Previously delivered links keep their original asset. The updated campaign uses the replacement for new deliveries.
Why does my hosted template fail for a recipient?
Check the destination's sharing permissions from another account. Owner access can hide a permissions problem during your own test.
